Granting of employee share options

Oslo, Norway, 4 May 2023

Zalaris ASA (“Zalaris” or the “Company”) has on 3 May granted 23,000 share options to employees at a strike price of NOK 36.93 per share. The options vest after 36 months. Each share option corresponds to one share. Please refer to the latest annual report for further details regarding the Company’s share incentive plans.
