Granting of employee share options

Oslo, Norway, 12 July 2023

Zalaris ASA (“Zalaris” or the “Company”) has today granted 67,000 share options to key employees. The share options have a strike price of NOK 39.09 per share. The options vest after 36 months. Each share option corresponds to one share.
