Granting of employee share options

Oslo, Norway, 3 August 2022

Zalaris ASA (“Zalaris” or the “Company”) has granted 5,000 share options to employees at a strike price of NOK 34.43 per share. The options vest after 36 months. Each share option corresponds to one share. Please refer to the annual report 2021 for further details regarding the Company’s share incentive plans.
