Granting of employee share options
Oslo, Norway, 1 December 2021
Zalaris ASA has on 1 December granted 25,000 share options to employees at a strike price of NOK 54.35 per share. The options vest after 36 months. Each share option corresponds to one share. As part of the grant, Peter Martin, EVP DACH Region at Zalaris and a primary insider, has been granted 15,000 share options.
