Hydro extends partnership with Zalaris to provide transactional HR services

Zalaris ASA has extended its partnership with Norsk

Hydro ASA - a global aluminum company - to provide

payroll and HR services to Hydro's 4,400 employees and

8,100 pensioners in Norway.

Zalaris has been delivering transactional HR services

such as payroll, sick leave refunds and travel

expenses to Hydro since 2009.

Under the new five-year agreement, Zalaris will

continue to work with Hydro to reach its ambitious

improvement targets including implementing new

streamlined HR and payroll processes supported by

electronic workflows, forms and mobile solutions.

Additional Hydro units have been included such that

all Norwegian employees are covered under the new

agreement.
