Through an internal reorganisation, Vestland Invest AS, a company controlled by Erik Langaker, Zalaris ASA board member, has today transferred 100,000 shares in Zalaris ASA at NOK 34.00 per share to a DNB Luxemburg nominee account indirectly controlled by Vestland Invest AS. The number of shares in Zalaris ASA owned, directly or indirectly, by Vestland Invest after the transaction is unchanged at 743,159.
