Disclosure of significant shareholding in Zalaris ASA

Athanase Industrial Partners Fund II and Athanase Industrial Partners II AB have on 13th March 2019 bought 262,465 and 188,803 ordinary shares respectively in Zalaris ASA (NO0010708910) at a price of NOK 21.90 per share. The aggregate number of shares bought, 451,268, corresponds to 2.24% of the shares of Zalaris ASA.

Following completion of the transaction, Athanase Industrial Partners Fund II and Athanase Industrial Partners II AB hold 1,220,223 and 873,854 shares respectively in Zalaris ASA, representing a total of 10.41% . Neither Athanase Industrial Partners Fund II and Athanase Industrial Partners II AB hold other rights to shares in Zalaris ASA.
