Mandatory notification of trade in Zalaris ASA
On 11th November 2019, entities connected to primary insider Kenth Eriksson, a member of the board, bought an aggregate amount of 80,687 shares in Zalaris ASA (NO0010708910) at a price of NOK 20.5803 per share. After the transaction entities connected to Kenth Eriksson hold in aggregate 3,420,125 shares representing 17.43% of the shares outstanding. The entities, Athanase Industrial Partners II KB, Athanase Industrial Partners Fund II and Athanase Industrial Partners II AB own 2,071,080, 795,255 and 553,790 shares respectively.
