Zalaris ASA: Information Memorandum

Oslo, 13 June 2017. Reference is made to the stock exchange

announcement made by Zalaris ASA (the "Company") on 26 April 2017

concerning the acquisition of shares in sumarum AG and the

announcement on 18 May 2017 regarding completion of the acquisition.

An Information Memorandum relating to the acquisition has been

prepared by the Company and was approved by the Oslo Stock Exchange

on 13 June 2017.
