Zalaris ASA: Approval of 2020 annual financial statements

The board of directors of Zalaris ASA has approved the 2020 annual financial

statements prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting

Standards (IFRS). The final 2020 annual consolidated financial statements are in

accordance with the preliminary full-year financial statements published on 18

February 2021, with the exception of the net loss for the period, which has been

reduced from NOK 10.3 million to NOK 9.0 million, and certain reclassifications

of items in the statement of financial position. The changes were principally

due to adjustments to income tax expense and other tax related items.

The 2020 annual report will be released and made available on Zalaris website

www.zalaris.com on 14 April 2021.
