ZALARIS: 2015 Second quarter results

Record half-year results for Zalaris

Zalaris delivers a revenue growth of 28 % in the year's first

six months compared to the same period last year. This year's

first half is thus the strongest ever for the company.

Zalaris, a leading provider of payroll and HR services,

continues to deliver strong quarterly results. In the second

quarter, the company sees a revenue increase in all segment

areas, resulting in overall revenue to grow 28.4 per cent

compared to Q2 2014 - to NOK 94 million. The first half EBIT

was 10.0 %.

Zalaris is serving more than 170,000 employees with its

payroll and HR services, including for some of the largest

companies in the Nordic region. In June, the service delivery

to TeliaSonera in Norway started after a successful project

delivered on time. Also the preparations for service

deliveries to a Swedish Global Fortune 500 company with

approximately 20'000 employees that was signed in January, is

progressing according to plan. Target goes live in January

offering. Our investments in business development capacity

are starting to pay off in terms of increased interest from

potential new customers for our products and services, as

well as geographic and scope extensions of existing

customers", Mellerud comments.

Mellerud finds it particularly satisfying to report that

Zalaris has been selected by one of the most well-known

Norwegian state owned companies to provide a full suite of

cloud based services. The intention is to sign the contract

in Q3 2015.
