On 16th May 2022, due to an internal rebalancing, entities connected to primary insider Kenth Eriksson, a member of the board of Zalaris ASA, re-allocated Zalaris ASA shares. Athanase Industrial Partners Fund II sold 3 055 shares at NOK 39.8385 and Athanase Industrial Partners II KB bought 3 055 shares at NOK 39.8385. After the transaction entities connected to Kenth Eriksson hold in aggregate 2 230 275 shares representing 10.08% of the shares outstanding. The entities, Athanase Industrial Partners II KB, Athanase Industrial Partners Fund II and Athanase Tech AB own 723 384, 79 885 and 1 427 006 shares respectively.
