On 30 August 2022, Innovisa AB, a closely associated party to Liselotte Hägertz Engstam, a board member and primary insider of Zalaris ASA, bought 4,700 shares at an average price of NOK 25.00 per share. Following this transaction Ms. Engstam holds, directly or indirectly, 8,200 shares in Zalaris ASA.
