On 8th July 2020, due to an internal rebalancing, entities connected to primary insider Stefan Charette*, a member of the board, re-allocated Zalaris ASA (NO0010708910) shares with Athanase Industrial Partners Fund II selling 163,658 shares at NOK 33.73 and Athanase Industrial Partners II KB buying 163,658 shares at NOK 33.73. After the transaction entities connected to Stefan Charette* hold in aggregate 3,420,125 shares representing 17.43% of the shares outstanding. The entities, Athanase Industrial Partners II KB and Athanase Industrial Partners Fund II own 2,788,528 and 631,597 shares respectively.
