ASA, has through his wholly owned investment company
Norwegian Retail AS today sold 100'000 shares in Zalaris ASA
(ZAL) at NOK 48,00 per share. At the same time Norwegian
Retail AS has bought on forward contracts for 100'000 shares
in Zalaris ASA at a strike price of NOK 48,38 for delivery
on 15th of March 2018. Norwegian Retail AS' total holding
after this transaction is 2'941'482 shares in Zalaris ASA.
