On August 18th 2016, Peter T. Gogstad has sold in

total 20.000 shares of Zalaris ASA.

The purpose of the sale is to provide equity connected

to private real estate project.

The shares were sold at a price of NOK 31.00.

Following the transaction, Peter T. Gogstad holds

40.639 shares of Zalaris ASA whereof 23.400 shares is

owned by his company Westerland AS.
