On November 10th 2015, Peter T. Gogstad has sold in total 4.869
shares of Zalaris ASA. The purpose of the sale is to provide
equity connected to private real estate project. The shares
were sold at a price of NOK 38.08.
Following the transaction, Peter T. Gogstad holds 60.639 shares
of Zalaris ASA whereof 23.400 shares is owned by his company
Westerland AS.
