The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway has approved the prospectus prepared by Zalaris ASA in connection with the listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange of the company's new bond issue: Senior Secured Callable Open Bond Issue 2023/2028, ISIN NO0012864448.
