Zalaris ASA has mandated ABG Sundal Collier ASA to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings commencing on 11 September 2018. A EUR 35 million 5-year senior secured debt capital market transaction may follow, subject to inter alia market conditions. If concluded, net proceeds from such transaction will be used to redeem outstanding long-term interest bearing debt as well as to finance the company's growth strategy.
