MINUTES OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2015

The Annual General Meeting in Zalaris ASA was held

on 18th of May 2015.

All items proposed by the Board of Directors were

adopted. The minutes of the meeting is

A dividend of NOK 0.75 per share will be paid to the

company's shareholders per the date of the Annual

General Meeting, 18th of May 2015. Pay-out

date for the dividend will be 27th of May 2015.
