SUBJECT: Release of own shares (Notification of the disposal of own shares)

In accordance with Article 474 of the Capital Market Act, the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Inc. (hereinafter: the Company) with its registered office in Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 2a/22, VAT ID No. (OIB): 84368186611, hereby informs that the Company made release of the Company's shares (own shares), acquired within the Own Shares Buy-Back Program, as follows:

− On 16 May 2025, 2,113 of own shares, ticker ZB, were released to the members of the Management Board of the Company, which represents 0.0911% of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company's issued share capital amounts to EUR 3,076,315 and is divided into 2,317,850 shares without nominal value. Following the aforementioned release, the Company holds a total of 6,256 of own shares, which represents 0.2699% of the Company's issued share capital.
