SUBJECT: Acquisition of own shares (Notification on acquisition of shares)

In accordance with Article 474 of the Capital Market Act and the decisions adopted on June 14, 2022, at the General Assembly meeting¹ of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Inc. (hereinafter: the Company) with its registered office in Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 2a, VAT ID No. (OIB): 84368186611, and further to the registration of the decision on the reduction of the share capital and changes to the provisions of the Company's Statute in the court register² , the Company hereby informs that on 1 August 2022, it received a regular ownership structure from the Central Depository & Clearing Company (CDCC), from which it is evident that the Company acquired 32 of its shares or 0.0014% of the Company's issued share capital in a corporate action to reduce the share capital by merging the Company's shares³ .
