SUBJECT: Announcement of received notification of changes in voting rights

In accordance with Article 472 of the Capital Market Act, the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Inc. with its registered office in Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 2a/22, VAT ID No. (OIB): 84368186611 (hereinafter: the Issuer), hereby informs the public that on 25 October 2018, received a notification from mister Ivan Tadin from Zagreb, Božidara Adžije 22/1 (hereinafter: the Shareholder), informing on directly and indirectly disposal of totally 264,000 regular shares of the Issuer, symbol: ZB-R-A, ISIN: HRZB00RA0003, LEI identification 7478000050A040C0D041, that is 5.69 % voting rights, by the block trade made on 23 October 2018, the consequence of which is fall under the prescribed threshold of 5% of voting rights in the Issuer.

The Shareholder has directly disposed 51,000 regular shares of the Issuer, and indirectly disposed 31,100 regular shares of the Issuer from the Company HITA-VRIJEDNOSNICE Inc., Zagreb, Kumičićeva 10, VAT ID No. (OIB): 32998446701 and 178,900 regular shares of the Issuer from the Company Euro jezici Ltd., Zagreb, Kumičićeva 10, VAT ID No. (OIB): 11026690965.

After the aforementioned disposal the Shareholder indirectly holds 25,900 shares of the Issuer, and considering that the Issuer has issued a total of 4,635,700 outstanding shares, that represents 0.56 % voting rights in the Issuer.
