SUBJECT: Announcement of received notification of changes in voting rights

In accordance with Article 472 of the Capital Market Act, the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Inc. with its registered office in Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 2a/22, VAT ID No. (OIB): 84368186611 (hereinafter: the Issuer), hereby informs the public that on 12 September 2018, received a notification from a company EUNEX-C LLC with its registered office in Varaždin, Stanka Vraza 25, MBS: 070163840 (hereinafter: Company) informing that the Company has acquired 400,500 shares of the Issuer, by the block trade made on the regulated market on 10 September 2018, the consequence of which is crossing the prescribed threshold of 5% of voting rights in the Issuer.

Considering that the Issuer has issued a total of 4,635,700 outstanding shares, after the aforementioned acquisition the Company holds 400,500 shares of the Issuer what represents 8.6395% voting rights.
