Dear Sir/Madam,

Zagrebačka burza d.d. (hereafter: ZSE) informs Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (hereafter: Agency) that it intends to acquire a business share in a company that is planned to be incorporated under the name Funderbeam South-East Europe limited liability company for services with registered seat in Zagreb (hereinafter: the "Company").

The Company is intended to be established by ZSE and Funderbeam Ventures OÜ. Funderbeam Ventures OÜ is a company with registered seat in Tallinn, Telliskivi 60a, Republic of Estonia, personal identification number (OIB) 48289807087, registered with the Registration Department of the Regional Court in Tartu under registration number 14087507.

It is intended that the share capital of the Company amounts to HRK 20,000.00 and ZSE, as the founder, should take over a business share which represents the amount of 20% of the share capital of the Company.

The Company's main business should be cross-border services to investors and early-stage companies through creating an alternative platform for funding companies and enabling trading with such investments.

This project is part of long term strategy of ZSE to support companies in all stages of its development: from startup to SME and finally, regulated market.

ZSE intends to be a major driver in developing long-term sustainable growth path of business for the whole South-East Europe region.
