In accordance with the obligation of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Inc. (hereafter: the Exchange) to prepare and release its financial and business reports and submit them to competent authorities within statutory time limits, and for the purpose of availability of information which may be of interest to financial services customers, investors and general public, please find below a schedule of release of the Exchange's financial and business reports and Supervisory Board meetings in 2026.

In 2026, financial reports will be published as follows:

24 April 2026 Audited annual financial statement for 2025 and unaudited financial

statement for Q1 2026
