SUBJECT: Calendar of the release of financial results and Supervisory Board meetings (Other non-regulated information)

In accordance with the obligation of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Inc. (hereafter: the Exchange) to prepare and release its financial and business reports and submit them to competent authorities within statutory time limits, and for the purpose of availability of information which may be of interest to financial services customers, investors and general public, please find below a schedule of release of the Exchange's financial and business reports and Supervisory Board meetings in 2025.

In 2025, financial reports will be published as follows:

24 February 2025	Unaudited financial statement for Q4 2024
28 April 2025	Audited annual financial statement for 2024 and unaudited financial
	statement for Q1 2025
24 July 2025	Unaudited financial statement for Q2 2025
30 October 2025	Unaudited financial statement for Q3 2025

Also, the Supervisory Board has determined the following schedule of dates on which Supervisory Board meetings are to be held in 2025:
