SUBJECT: Change to the calendar of financial results release (Other non-regulated information)

In accordance with the obligation of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Inc. (hereafter: the Exchange) to prepare and release its financial and business reports and submit them to competent authorities within statutory time limits, and for the purpose of availability of information which may be of interest to financial services users, investors and the general public, on 10 January 2022, the Exchange published a calendar of financial results release and announced the dates of Supervisory Board meetings in 2022¹ .

Therefore, this is to inform the investor community of a change to be made to the calendar of the Exchange's financial results release.

The audited annual financial statement for 2021, which was due to be released on 26 April 2022, will be released on 30 April 2022.
