SUBJECT: Calendar of release of financial results and announcement of the dates of Supervisory Board meetings (Other non-regulated information)

In accordance with the obligation of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Inc. (hereafter: the Exchange) to prepare and release its financial and business reports and submit them to competent authorities within statutory time limits, and for the purpose of availability of information which may be of interest to financial services customers, investors and general public, please find below a schedule of release of the Exchange's financial and business reports and Supervisory Board meetings in 2021.

Financial reports in 2021 will be published as follows:

24 February 2021	Unaudited financial statement for Q4 2020
26 April 2021	Audited annual financial statement for 2020 and unaudited financial
	statement for Q1 2021
26 July 2021	Unaudited financial statement for Q2 2021
25 October 2021	Unaudited financial statement for Q3 2021

Also, the Supervisory Board has determined the following schedule of dates on which Supervisory Board meetings are to be held in 2021:
