SUBJECT: Calendar of release of financial results and announcement of the dates of Supervisory Board meetings (Other non-regulated information)

In accordance with the obligation of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Inc. (hereafter: the Exchange) to prepare and release its financial and business reports and submit them to competent authorities within statutory time limits, and for the purpose of availability of information which may be of interest to financial services customers, investors and general public, please find below a schedule of release of the Exchange's financial and business reports and Supervisory Board meetings in 2020.

Financial reports in 2020 will be published as follows:

25 February 2020	Unaudited financial statement for Q4 2019
28 April 2020	Audited annual financial statement for 2019 and unaudited financial statement for
	Q1 2020
28 July 2020	Unaudited financial statement for Q2 2020
20 October 2020	Unaudited financial statement for Q3 2020

Also, the Supervisory Board has determined the following schedule of dates on which Supervisory Board meetings are to be held in 2020:
