SUBJECT: Change to the calendar of financial results release and the Supervisory Board meetings (Other non-regulated information)

In accordance with the obligation of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Inc. (hereafter: the Exchange) to prepare and release its financial and business reports and submit them to competent authorities within statutory time limits, and for the purpose of availability of information which may be of interest to financial services users, investors and general public, on 3 January 2019 the Exchange published a calendar of financial results release and announced the dates of Supervisory Board meetings in 2019.

Therefore, this is to inform the investor community of a change to the calendar of the Exchange's financial results release and to the dates on which its Supervisory Board meetings are to be held.

The Supervisory Board meeting which was to be held on 25 October 2019 will be held on 23 October 2019, and the unaudited financial statement for the third quarter of 2019 will be released on 23 October 2019.

Updated calendar of financial results release and the Supervisory Board meetings by the end of 2019 appears as follows:
