SUBJECT: Calendar of release of financial results and announcement of the dates of Supervisory Board meetings

In accordance with the obligation of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Inc. (hereafter: the Exchange) to prepare and release its financial and business reports and submit them to competent authorities within statutory time limits, and for the purpose of availability of information which may be of interest to financial services customers, investors and general public, please find below a schedule of release of the Exchange's financial and business reports and Supervisory Board meetings in 2019.

Financial reports in 2019 will be published as follows:

25 February 2019	Unaudited financial statement for Q4 2018
30 April 2019	Audited annual financial statement for 2018 and unaudited financial statement for Q1
	2019
26 July 2019	Unaudited financial statement for Q2 2019
28 October 2019	Unaudited financial statement for Q3 2019

Also, the Supervisory Board has determined the following schedule of dates on which Supervisory Board meetings are to be held in 2019:
