SUBJECT: Change to the calendar of release of financial results and announcement of the dates of Supervisory Board meetings

In accordance with the obligation of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Inc. (hereinafter: the Exchange) to prepare and release its financial and business reports and submit them to competent authorities within statutory time limits, and for the purpose of availability of information which may be of interest to financial services users, on 15 January 2018 the Exchange published a calendar of release of its financial results and announced the dates of Supervisory Board meetings in 2018.

Therefore, this is to inform the investor community of a change to be made to the calendar of release of the Exchange's financial results and to the dates on which its Supervisory Board meetings are to be held.

In addition to the announced meetings of the Supervisory Board, additional Supervisory Board meeting will be held on 1 October 2018. The Supervisory Board meeting which was to be held on 18 October 2018 will be held on 17 October 2018, and the unaudited financial statement for Q3 2018 will be released on 18 July 2018.
