Subject: Notification of inside information (under Art. 459 of the CMA) - Decision on approval for the provision of the service of publishing trade reports on behalf of investment firms

Dear Madam or Sir,

in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 on market abuse, the Capital Market Act and Exchange Rules, the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Inc. with its registered office at Ivana Lučića 2a/22, Zagreb is hereby notifying that on January 2, 2018 by the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency, KLASA: UP/I-975-02/17-01/09, Urbroj: 326-01-770-18-03, the Stock Exchange has been granted the authorization to provide the service of publishing trade reports on behalf of investment firms in accordance with Article 20 and 21 of the Regulation (EU) No 600/2014 of the European Parliament and of/the Council of 15 May 2014 on markets in financial instruments and amending Regulation (EU) No 648/2012 (Text with EEA relevance).
