SUBJECT: Increase of business share in Funderbeam South-East Europe d.o.o. and the appointment of a member of the Management Board (Inside information)

The Zagreb Stock Exchange, Inc. with its registered office in Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 2a/22, VAT ID No. (OIB): 84368186611 (hereinafter: the Exchange), hereby informs the public that on 7 July 2020, signed Share purchase and transfer agreement representing 10% of the share capital of Funderbeam South-East Europe Ltd. with its registered office in Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 2a/22, VAT ID No. (OIB): 11407307685 (hereinafter: the Company). The fee for the sale and transfer of business shares amounts to HRK 24,400.00.

The purchase of an additional share is in accordance with the founding agreement and the initial intention of the Company's founders for cross-border provision of services to investors and the creation of an alternative platform for financing start-ups and small and medium enterprises. Following the acquisition, the share of the Exchange in the total share capital of the Company amounts to 30%, and at this time there is no obligation or intention to further share increase.

Also, by the decision of the members of the Company, Ivana Gažić, President of the Management Board of the Exchange, was appointed a member of the Management Board of the Company starting from July 7, 2020.
