SUBJECT: Updated announcement on the impact of COVID-19 on the regular business activities of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (Other non-regulated information)

Continued on the announcement from 12 1 2 , 15³ and 23⁴ March 2020, Zagreb Stock Exchange, Inc. (hereinafter: the Company) with its registered office in Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 2a/22, VAT ID No. (OIB): 84368186611, hereby informs the public of up-to-date information regarding the impact of COVID-19 on the Company's operations.

In the period from March 23 to March 27, 2020, the Company continues to perform above average daily turnover. The average daily regular turnover in the said period amounted to HRK 18.4 million, which is approximately HRK 6.5 million less than in the week before, but twice more than in January 2020. At the end of the first trading day of the observed period, CROBEX lost -3.02% of the previous trading day value, but continued to grow by the end of the week, thus ending the week with four-day CROBEX growth, which is the largest continuous growth since the appearance of COVID-19 in the Republic of Croatia, February 25, 2020. CROBEX increased by +3.56% over the observed period, while compared to March 20, equity market capitalization increased by +0.68%.
