Zagreb Stock Exchange, Inc. (hereinafter: the Company) with its registered office in Zagreb, Ivana Lučíca 2a/22, VAT ID No. (OIB): 84368186611, hereby informs the public that on 29 August 2019 on the 330 Meeting of the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (hereinafter: HANFA), adopted the Decision which suspends the procedure initiated in response to a request by EUNEX-C, Ltd. with its registered office in Varaždin, Stanka Vraza 25, VAT ID No. (OIB): 89066913709, for issuing approval to acquire a qualifying share in the Company.
