Subject: Notice on acquisition of shares

The Zagreb Stock Exchange, Inc. with its registered office is at Ivana Lučića 2a/22, Zagreb (hereafter: the Issuer) in accordance with Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation), informs that on 18 September 2017 it has received the notice from the company PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE Joint Stock Company for Compulsory Pension Funds Management on acquisition of 101,035 regular shares of the Issuer, symbol: ZB, ISIN: HRZB00RA0003, LEI identification 7478000050A040C0D041, with the price of 14,00 HRK per share on September 15, 2017, which represents 2.18 % of the Issuer's equity.

This notice is delivered in regard with Mr Dubravko Štimac, who performs the function of President of the Management Board of the company PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE Joint Stock Company for Compulsory Pension Funds Management, being the President of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer, hence the company PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE Joint Stock Company for Compulsory Pension Funds Management is regarded as person closely associated in accordance with the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse.

Data on the transaction in question, in accordance with the provisions of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 2016/523, are listed in the Template for notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them and for publication of those transactions, and which is provided as an appendix to this Notice.
