Subject: Notice on pledge on shares cessation

The Zagreb Stock Exchange, Inc. with its registered office is at Ivana Lučića 2a/22, Zagreb (hereafter: the Issuer) in accordance with Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation) and Article 464 of the Capital Market Act, informs that on 12 April 2018 it has received the notice that the company Auctor d.o.o. pledge on the Issuer shares, symbol: ZB, ISIN: HRZB00RA0003, LEI identification 7478000050A040C0D041, cease to be valid on 10 April 2018, aggregated volume 174.600.

This notice is delivered in regard with Mrs Dunja Babić, who performs the function of member of the Management Board of the company Auctor d.o.o., being the member of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer, hence the company Auctor d.o.o. is regarded as person closely associated in accordance with the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse.

Data on the transaction in question, in accordance with the provisions of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 2016/523, are listed in the Template for notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them and for publication of those transactions, and which is provided as an appendix to this Notice.

In accordance with the Article 19 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC and Article 464 of the Capital Market Act, having in mind that Mrs. Dunja Babić is a Supervisory Board member at Zagreb Stock Exchange, Inc., hereby we are informing you that the Auctor Ltd. pledge on Zagreb Stock Exchange, Inc. shares cease to be valid.
