Zagreb Stock Exchange, Inc. with its registered office in Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 2a/22, VAT ID No. (OIB): 84368186611 (hereinafter “the Issuer”) in accordance with Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and Article 120 of the Exchange Rules, hereby informs that Ms Ivana Gažić, president of the Management Board, released shares of the Issuer on May 22, 2026.

Attached to this Notification is the Form on informing on transactions executed by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and their closely associated persons and publishing of such transactions, as per the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/523.
