SUBJECT: Notice of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities

The Zagreb Stock Exchange, Inc. with its registered office in Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 2a/22 (hereinafter: the Issuer) in accordance with Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (Market abuse regulation), informs that on 23 November 2018 has received the notice from the company PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE Inc. with its registered office in Zagreb, Radnička cesta 44 (hereinafter: the Company) on acquisition of 1,533 regular shares of the Issuer, symbol: ZB-R-A, ISIN: HRZB00RA0003, LEI identification: 7478000050A040C0D041, with the average weighted price of aggregate transactions of 16.00 HRK per share on 21 and 22 November 2018, which represents 0.033% voting rights.

This notice is delivered in regard with Mr Dubravko Štimac, who performs the function of the President of the Management Board of the Company, being the President of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer, hence the Company is regarded as a person closely associated in accordance with the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse.

Data on the transaction in question, in accordance with the provisions of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 2016/523, are listed in the Template for notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them and for publication of those transactions, and which is provided as an appendix to this Notice.
