SUBJECT: Announcement of received notification of changes in voting rights (Information on changes in the percentage of voting rights)

In accordance with Article 472 of the Capital Market Act, the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Inc. with its registered office in Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 2a/22, VAT ID No. (OIB): 84368186611 (hereinafter: the Issuer), hereby informs the public that on 11 November 2019, received a notification from a company Eunex-C with its registered office in Varaždin, Vrazova 25, MBS: 070163840 (hereinafter: the Shareholder), informing about disposal of 463,106 shares of the Issuer, Ticker: ZB, ISIN: HRZB00RA0003, through the block trade made on the regulated market on 7 November 2019, the consequence of which is falling below the prescribed threshold of 10% of voting rights in the Issuer.

Before the aforementioned disposal, the Shareholder held 926,212 shares of the Issuer which represents 19.98% voting rights. After the aforementioned disposal the Shareholder holds 463,106 shares of the lssuer, and considering that the Issuer has issued a total of 4,635,700 outstanding shares, that represents 9.99% voting rights.
