SUBJECT: Announcement of received notification of changes in voting rights

In accordance with Article 472 of the Capital Market Act, the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Inc. with its registered office in Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 2a/22, VAT ID No. (OIB): 84368186611 (hereinafter: the Issuer), hereby informs the public that on 25 October 2018, received a notification from a company EUNEX-C LLC with its registered office in Varaždin, Stanka Vraza 25, MBS: 070163840 (hereinafter: the Company), informing that the Company has acquired additional 319,000 shares of the Issuer, Ticker: ZB, ISIN: HRZB00RA0003, that is 6.8814 % voting rights, by the block trade made on the regulated market on 23 October 2018, the consequence of which is crossing the prescribed threshold of 15 % of voting rights in the Issuer.

Considering that the Issuer has issued a total of 4,635,700 outstanding shares, after the aforementioned acquisition the Company holds 868,933 shares of the Issuer what represents 18.7444 % voting rights.
