(hereinafter: the Exchange), hereby informs the public that, following a notice received today, Mr. Tomislav Gračan, member of the Management Board of the Exchange, resigned as a director of the company Adria Digital Exchange, ltd. seated in Zagreb, Ulica grada Vukovara 271, VAT ID No. (OIB): 16372761404, (hereinafter: the Company) on January 1st , 2025.
