SUBJECT: Resignation notice of the director of Funderbeam South-East Europe, Ltd. (Inside information)

The Zagreb Stock Exchange, Inc. with its registered office in Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 2a/22, VAT ID No. (OIB): 84368186611 (hereinafter: the Exchange), hereby informs the public that on 30 November 2021, Mrs. Ivana Gažić, president of the Management Board of the Exchange, resigned as a director of the company Funderbeam South-East Europe Ltd. with its registered office in Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 2a/22, VAT ID No. (OIB): 11407307685 (hereinafter: the Company). The resignation shall come into force within 14 days of its submission. Mrs. Ivana Gažić took over the position in July 2020 for a temporary period due to the resignation of the former director of the Company, and until the takeover of the position by a newly employed person in charge of the Company's operations in Croatia.
