Zagreb Stock Exchange, Inc. (hereinafter: the Company) with its registered office in Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 2a/22, VAT ID No. (OIB): 84368186611, hereby informs the public that the General Assembly of the company Makedonska berza AD Skopje (hereinafter: the Macedonian Stock Exchange) based in Skopje, Orce Nikolov 75, was held on 28 May 2021, where the decision was made to appoint Ms Ivana Gažić, President of the Management Board of the Company, a member of the Board of Directors (non-executive director) of the Macedonian Stock Exchange for a term until 29 May 2024.

The Macedonian Stock Exchange is organized as a joint-stock company with one-tier management. The Board of Directors is composed of eight members - four non-executive directors representing the shareholders, three independent members and one executive member (CEO).
