SUBJECT: Notice resignation on the function of the President of Supervisory Board and the election of the new President and Vice-President of the Supervisory Board

In accordance with the Article 129(2) of the Exchange Rules and Article 17(1) of the Market Abuse Regulation, Zagreb Stock Exchange, Inc. (the Company) with its registered seat in Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 2a/22, PIN: 84368186611, hereby informs that on 29 of April 2019 dr. sc. Dubravko Štimac resigned on the function of the President of Supervisory Board of the Company, which resignation comes into force on 29 of April 2019, pursuant to the regulations of the new Mandatory Pension Funds Act (Official Gazette No. 19/14, 93/15, 64/18, 115/18).

Mr. Borislav Centner, dipl.oec. from Zagreb, Vinogradi 62, PIN: 83813628795, was elected as the new President of Supervisory Board of the Company.

Doc.dr.sc. Tomislav Jakšić from Zagreb, Ulica Ivana Cankara 21, PIN: 95763946073, assistant professor at the University of Zagreb - Faculty of Law, was elected as the new Vice-President of Supervisory Board of the Company.
