(hereinafter; the Company) hereby provides the information that European Bank for Reconstruction and Development has re-appointed Mr. Enrique Bernardo Mariano as a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company for a term of office of two years starting on 28 February 2018.

Mr. Enrique Bernardo Mariano has been appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company on 29 February 2016, with a term of office of two years which expires on 28 February 2018.
