Supervisory Board of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange appointed the new Management Board for the 4-year-term that starts from September 1, 2016.

Mr Aleš Ipavec was appointed President of the Management Board of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, which was approved by the Slovenian Securities Market Agency. Mr Ipavec will succeed Mr Andrej Šketa in the role of the President of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Management Board after the expiry of Mr Šketa's mandate on August 31, 2016.

Mrs Nina Vičar will continue to serve as a Member of the Management Board, the position she held since 2013.
