Report Content Article 19 sec. 3 of MAR - information on transactions carried out bypersons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closelyassociated with themZabka Group SA with its registered office inLuxembourg (the "Company") informs that on 10 December 2025 it receivednotifications of transactions from a person discharging managerialresponsibilities in the Company, i.e. Mr. Wojciech Krok (ManagingDirector - Żabka Future, member of the Management Committee), and from aperson closely associated with him, i.e. Alexandria Capital SCSp,submitted pursuant to Article 19(1) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 ofthe European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on marketabuse (Market Abuse Regulation), repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of theEuropean Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC, and 2004/72/EC.

The Notifications are related to the transfer of the Company's sharesfrom Alexandria Capital SCSp to Mr. Wojciech Krok following thedissolution and liquidation of Alexandria Capital SCSp.
